Property Litigation Solicitor

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll handle a varied caseload of property, civil, and commercial litigation matters, working with a team that delivers high-quality, tailored legal services.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Managing your own caseload from instruction through to resolution
• Advising clients on a range of contentious property issues, including boundary disputes, landlord and tenant matters, and breaches of covenant
• Supporting the development and growth of the litigation department
• Working collaboratively with solicitors across practice areas
• Using modern legal systems to support efficient case handling

We're Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 3+ years PQE in property or civil litigation
• Experience managing a broad litigation caseload independently
• Strong client communication and negotiation skills
• A commercial and proactive approach to problem-solving
• Desire to contribute to team development and long-term departmental growth
