About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Shift Engineerto lead the engineering operations at a high-performance Critical Environment located in Watford. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a critical environment, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of complex systems while leading a team of skilled engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and critical systems within the data centre.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and site-specific procedures.
Electrical fault finding and repairs.
Plan and execute maintenance schedules for critical systems, minimizing downtime.
Identify and implement improvements in operational processes and energy efficiency.Requirements:

Ideal experience in data centre engineering or a critical environment.
LV/HV AP experience preferred.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems (e.g., UPS, HVAC, BMS, generators).
Experience leading and managing teams in a high-pressure environment.
Relevant qualifications in engineering (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols in a critical setting.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.What We Offer:
