We are looking for a talented Robotics Software Engineer to join a fast-growing start-up developing cutting-edge assurance systems for AI and robotics. In this role, you'll help design and implement software that ensures the safe operation of AI-enabled robotics and autonomous systems

• Develop robotics software

• Support algorithms for perception, planning, control, and decision-making.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software into systems.

• Test and optimize robotics software to meet performance standards.

• Contribute to process improvements in development, tooling, and testing.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Aerospace, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience with robotics, embedded systems, or autonomous systems.

• Proficient in C/C++ and/or Python.

• Familiar with ROS, Gazebo, or MoveIt.

• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Must have, or be able to obtain, UK SC clearance.

• Experience with safety-critical software standards (e.g., DO-178C, ISO 26262).

• Exposure to robotic hardware or simulation environments.
