We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! Your job will be to maintain relationships with gym and corporate partners. As a candidate, you should be outgoing, organized, and pumped up about helping our clients.
- Maintain gym & corporate relationships on an on-going basis to ensure that they are aware of the product and have all the information they need.
- Create and send email campaigns to gym partners, corporate partners, and users to update them on our product.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints,
- Set follow-up appointments after the sales team has closed deals to properly onboard gyms/corporates.
- Create material to present to gyms, corporates, and users.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce is a plus)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong listening skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
