Reed Plymouth, in partnership with a local trust, is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic, and motivated Class Teacher for a maternity cover role. Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning to pupils, inspiring them to achieve their full potential.
• Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
• Establish and enforce rules for behaviour and procedures for maintaining an environment conducive to learning.
• Evaluate students' academic and social growth, keep appropriate records, and prepare progress reports.
• Communicate with parents or guardians, teachers, counsellors, and administrators to resolve students' behavioural and academic problems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven track record of impactful teaching that has directly influenced positive outcomes for pupils.
• Excellent organisational skills and subject knowledge.
• Strong communication skills, capable of effectively engaging with students, parents, and staff.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Relevant teaching qualification and eligibility to work in the UK.
