They offer individualised therapy and educational programmes to young adults, students in an inclusive, supportive environment. I am looking for a YP Occupational Therapist with experience of therapeutic approaches to support young adults between 19 -25 years old.

This is a permanent role that comes with benefits and long-term stable career opportunity and career progression and development.

Responsibilities

As a YP Occupational Therapist you will provide on-site occupational therapy to young adults, students with complex needs including PMLD, SLD and autism. You will work as part of a MDT, to develop and implement individualised therapy programs.

You will work for a well-established company and you will be able to career progress with them. They provide educational programmes who are designed to help YP with independent, active living, increasing opportunities for them. You will engage in sensory integration work, sensory diets, sensory profiles equipment - specialist seating work with the community therapist - home adaptation - collaborate working.

- you have qualifications as Occupational Therapist and registered with HCPC
- you have post qualifying experience at least 2 years in working with children and young people

- experience with sensory integration work, sensory diets, sensory profiles equipment - specialist seating work is preferred
