Your key responsibilities:

* Operate an HGV Class 1 lorry safely and efficiently, adhering to all road and health & safety regulations

* Collect commercial waste and bins across designated Portsmouth routes

* Perform manual handling (handball) where required, supporting refuse collection

* Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any faults to ensure safety and compliance

* Maintain clear communication with the control team and customers

* Other duties related to waste collection and vehicle operation as directed

What we're looking for:

* Valid HGV Class 2 licence with a clean driving record

* Experience in refuse collection or commercial waste handling preferred

* Strong manual handling skills and physical fitness
