Nursery Room Leader - What We're Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)

Experience in a Room Leader or senior practitioner role - or an eager practitioner ready to step up

Excellent leadership and communication skills

A genuine passion for children's development and education

*

Strong knowledge of EYFS and safeguarding
