Our client, a leading global financial services firm, is looking for an experienced Team Assistant to help support their Corporate Finance department situated in its centrally located Frankfurt office.

THE ROLE
- Arranging international travel and creation of detailed travel plans
- Preparing travel expense reports
- Close collaboration with internal teams, as well as with all other relevant global offices (especially London)
- Scheduling meetings
- Preparing presentations & drafting letters
- Planning internal and external
THE CANDIDATE
- Fluent in both German and English language
- 1-3 years relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting a team, ideally within financial services or professional services
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Resilient, highly organized and strong attention to detail
