Area to be covered: Midlands

Remuneration: £50,000-£60,000 + bonus circa 10%

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Insulation Products will involve:

* Field sales position selling a comprehensive range of distributed & manufactured insulation systems for roofing, flooring, building, fire protection, dry wall and a large range of other applications

* All of your time will be spent selling to and stimulating with national & independent builder merchants, main contractors, sub-contractors and specialist contractors

* May have a smaller exposure to architects & specifiers

* Dealing with typical order values which can range from £500 - £50k

* Majority of your time will be spent generating new business relationships, with the remaining portion of your time managing existing accounts

* Working closely with Branch Manager

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Insulation Products with:

* Must have experience selling to national and regional independent merchants, main contractors, sub-contractors and specialist contractors

* Ideally sold a related product such as; insulation, dry lining, drywall, plastering, render, EWI, acoustics, floor insulation, wall/ floor /ceiling lining, building boards, fire proofing or internal building materials

* Would consider somebody working for a merchant with field sales experience

* Good work ethic, energetic and enthusiastic

* Commercially capable, loyal and technical
