DSW is hiring FULL TIME Customer Service Representatives to work in our Shoephoria customer contact center! We are currently hiring for Mid-Shifts (11:30pm-8pm) and 2nd Shift (1:30pm-10:15pm).

Calling all Shoe-Lovers! Designer Shoe Warehouse (DSW) is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives in our Columbus, OH location!

What is a typical work day?

 

  • Creating a remarkable customer experience by following DSW’s values of Passion, Accountability, Humility and Collaboration through phone and click to chat.
  • Communicate with DSW customers and stores to provide assistance with product inquiries, sales, rewards information, customer service questions, order status inquiries via phone, online, and click-to-chat
  • Collaborate with leadership, business partners, and internal associates to enhance the customer experience
  • Works effectively with others in a team environment to accomplish company goals and to identify and resolve customer and business related issues

What are we looking for?

 

  • 1-2 years of customer service preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • Ability to navigate through multiple computer systems
  • Availability to work 2nd shift 1:30-10:00 pm 
  • Availability to work one weekend day per week 
  • Ability to quickly adapt to fast changing environment

Successful candidates will have:

· A demonstrated passion for customer service, with 1-2 years’ related experience preferred

· High school diploma or equivalency required

· Availability to work a flexible schedule between the hours of 12pm and 10:15pm as well as one weekend day
