We're hiring an experienced Mechanical or Electrical Construction Manager to lead delivery on a major nuclear defence project at the AWE site. Join a respected M&E contractor delivering high-spec works in a high-security environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day site delivery of M&E packages

Coordinate subcontractors and ensure safe, efficient progress

Drive quality, HSE compliance, and adherence to programme

Work closely with planning, commercial, and engineering teams

Lead site meetings, reporting, and handover processes

Requirements:

Strong background in M&E construction management on complex projects

Experience in nuclear, defence, or other regulated industries desirable

SMSTS/CSCS and relevant site qualifications essential

Degree qualified - chartered status a plus

Must hold or be eligible for UK security clearance
