Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an IFAAdministrator to join THE Client Support team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in financial planning, with a clear pathway toward Paraplanning and Financial Adviser in the future.

Role Overview

As an IFA Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our advisers and paraplanners by managing the full administrative process from start to finish. You'll be responsible for ensuring a smooth client journey, from preparing documentation to processing new business, handling Letters of Authority (LOAs), and conducting online trading and pre-report processing.

You’ll be joining a supportive environment with full training, development support, and exposure to all areas of the financial planning process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end IFA administration process for both new and existing clients
  • Submit and track Letters of Authority (LOAs), liaising with providers to obtain detailed policy information
  • Process new business applications across pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Handle online trading through provider platforms and ensure accurate transaction recording
  • Prepare pre-meeting documentation and client review packs, working closely with advisers
  • Maintain accurate client records and manage data input on internal systems (e.g. Intelligent Office / Xplan)
  • Assist with compliance and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) checks
  • Support paraplanners with report preparation and documentation management

Skills & Experience Required

  • Previous experience in a financial planning or IFA support role (essential)
  • Solid understanding of pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with back-office systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ambitious, motivated, and eager to learn
  • Working toward or interested in starting CII or equivalent qualifications
