Key Responsibilities

Manage employment tax compliance for diverse client portfolio including PAYE health checks, P11Ds, and CIS compliance
Draft technical advisory reports on employment status, IR35, termination payments, and benefits structuring
Support strategic advice on complex employment tax scenarios and cross-border planning
Contribute to business development, client meetings, and proposal writing
Coach junior team members and maintain collaborative team culture
Potential involvement in expatriate tax compliance and global mobility projects

What You Need

Essential: Previous employment tax experience, ATT qualification (or equivalent), HMRC interaction experience, advanced Excel skills, excellent communication abilities
Desirable: Payroll processing knowledge, expatriate tax understanding, business development mindset
