We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Hospitality Team Leader to join our team at a unique and immersive venue. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading from the front, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and being involved in both front and back of house operations—all during daytime hours only.

The Role

As Hospitality Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the venue. You’ll support and motivate the team, ensure exceptional service standards, and help bring our immersive experience to life for every guest.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining operational delivery with team supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and support hospitality staff across front and back of house
• Deliver a warm, engaging, and memorable guest experience
• Oversee service periods, ensuring high standards of quality, cleanliness, and consistency
• Support opening, service, and close-down procedures
• Assist with stock control, food prep, and compliance with food safety standards
• Train and onboard new team members
• Act as a point of contact for guest queries and operational issues
• Work collaboratively with management to continually improve service and efficiency

About You

• Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory or team leader role
• Comfortable working across front and back of house
• A natural leader who motivates others by example
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Calm, adaptable, and solutions-focused
• Passionate about delivering great customer experiences
• Food hygiene or health & safety qualifications are desirable (or willingness to complete)
