Warehouse Operative – Morning Shift (6am–2pm)

Location: Brackmills, NorthamptonPay: £12.46 per hourContract: TemporaryStart Date: ASAP

We’re looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join a busy team in Brackmills for the morning shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work from picking lists to fulfil, pack, and despatch client orders
• Use PDA devices for picking and booking in goods
• Process orders accurately, following client instructions
• Ensure all orders are completed within specified timeframes
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
• Report potential risks, problems, or product defects immediately
• Monitor stock of stationery and packaging materials
• Participate in continuous improvement projects
• Meet key performance indicators and service level targets
• Ensure accurate stock locations and pick orders correctly
• Pack and dispatch orders, select carriers, and produce shipping labels
• Follow health and safety procedures and report any risks
