Salary: $60,000 to $70,000
Location: Los Angeles, CA
We're currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for a newly refurbished restaurant in LA. This is a high volume restaurant in an affluent area of Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have experience within a quality seafood restaurant and be a solid and reliable team player.
The Ideal Sous Chef will possess:
- Strong leader that enjoys motivating and leading teams
- Experience in a fine dining restaurant- James Beard or Michelin Star Restaurant is a huge advantage
- Financially savvy
- Experienced with menu development
- Passionate about quality food
- Has experience with high-volume
- Demonstrates career progression
- Proven career stability
