The Role:

We are seeking an ambitious Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in supporting projects from initial research and requirements gathering through to solution delivery. This is an ideal position for recent graduates or candidates with some analytical experience looking to build a rewarding career in business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, document, and analyse business requirements
• Conduct market and industry research to support project work
• Assist in creating process maps, reports, and presentations
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand needs and define solutions
• Support the implementation of new business processes and systems
• Help track project progress and provide regular updates
• Assist with data analysis and report generation

Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Good attention to detail and organisation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Right to work in the UK

Desirable:

• Previous internship or experience in a business analysis, consulting, or project support role
• Familiarity with process mapping, requirements gathering, or data analysis tools
