Winner Recruitment are currently supporting a brand company based in Shoreditch, London with the recruitment of their Administration Co-ordinator, you will be an integral part of the team, and you will have the opportunity to learn, grow and develop within the business.

My client is a studio that enables creators, celebrities, and influencers to fulfil their entrepreneurial ambitions and build brands people love. They help creators bring ideas to life and provide the infrastructure to achieve ultimate success.

As the Administration Co-ordinator you will be detailed oriented, working closely with the management team to provide essential support, you will be a driven individual who uses their own initiative to make the team's life easier. You should be an individual that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, ultimately, you will be a focal point of contact for the management team and liaise with employees, judging priorities and ensuring the delivery of a high level of service for every client.

The duties of the Administration Co-ordinator include:

Effectively provide professional administrative support to management and keystakeholders as necessary
Establish, maintain, and develop as appropriate efficient office and administration systems and processes, to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office at all times
Responsible for managing diaries, organising internal/external meetings, events, booking travel, and more.
Act as the focal point for the management and stakeholders in the team, judge the priorities and proactively work with the many conflicting demands of the team
Administer and minute key meetings, including the management of meetings rooms
Collate and produce high-standard documents for a variety of forums including team and management meetings, other meetings, reports, and publications
Manage basic correspondence with clients, internal and external teams
Run reports as required and assist with the administration and coordination of departmental reports
Contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. project coordination, research, presentation, communication support, and day-to-day operational activities
Be a reference point on purchasing, administrative, training, and financial matters
Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the Management and stakeholders in the team
The ideal Administration Co-ordinator will have:

First-class organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
Administrative experience, ability to multitask, working without supervision, ability to prioritise and balance conflicting demands, using own initiative to resolve problems, and managing own workload within agreed deadlines.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills for effective communication with a wide range of contacts
Intermediate/advanced computer literacy with excellent practical knowledge and skills in using a range of Microsoft software applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Powerpoint.
Salary for the Administration Co-ordinator will be circa £30k

Hours of work are flexible and can be a mix of home working and office based.
