They are seeking a driven and results-oriented National Account Manager to manage the Northern Region of existing Regional Wholesale Customers & win new business via Buying Groups within On Trade Channels ensuring profitable, sustainable long-term growth. Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented National Account Manager to manage and grow our regional wholesale partnerships. This is a pivotal role in driving our long-term growth aspirations in Foodservice through expanding our partnerships and structure within this complex channel. From day 1 the successful candidate will have autonomy to drive the business, with support from the incumbent team. This role will have 2 primary focuses. Expand our footprint in Regional Wholesale buy utilising the Buying Groups to drive listings and to grow and maintain our distribution across existing business.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Manage our existing customer base at head office level whilst unlocking new opportunities through the groups.
* Forecast accurately for your customer accounts & new business pipeline.
* Highly self-motivated, tenacious, and is passionate about our brands
* ·Work closely with the marketing functions (internally and externally), to analyse market and customer data, to create compelling brand and category stories.
Skills and Experience
* 5 years+ experience of customer management.
* Experience of managing Regional Buying Groups desired - UNITAS and The Wholesale Group preferable
* Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships at all levels.
* Displays high levels integrity and always delivers.
