Office Manager with light PA support

West End

Up to £80k

We're looking for an enthusiastic, charismatic, and hardworking Office Manager to join a global Investment Firm! It's a boutique size and they have a great working culture here. The team is intelligent, down to earth, and very friendly and they pride themselves on their non-hierarchical structure. You will be the sole support for the office, working closely with the Receptionist and Facilities Coordinator. A large part of this role is going to be about implementing employee engagement initiatives and taking on projects from the General Manager.


We're looking for a caring Office Manager who's really going to drive employee engagement and be the culture carrier for the firm. The role will consist of traditional Office Management duties as well as some light PA support to both the employees in London and then working closely with the GM and CEO, as well as having monthly catch-ups with the other OMs around the globe. Some of your key responsibilities as Office Manager will include:

  • Developing and maintaining a creative and vibrant physical and virtual office environment
  • Lead office projects and programs, including employee engagement, wellness, diversity and inclusion
  • PA support - Coordinate local, regional, and or global meetings and events. Assist the team with all aspects of international travel
  • Partner with colleagues on recruitment activities
  • Manage the office supplies, office maintenance, and supporting on-boarding/off-boarding of staff
  • Evaluate and conduct regular reviews with respective service providers
  • Administration of invoices, purchase orders
  • Collaborate closely with the building management on all office-related matters as well as the security team for group visitors
  • Project managing office renovation, relocation, and new office set-ups


  • Minimum 10 years' experience currently working as an Office Manager in a multinational environment, ideally within Finance, Fintech or Tech
  • Experience working as an EA within a fast-paced and global organisaton, ideally within finance, Fintech or Tech
  • Possess strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organization and multitasking ability, work independently with minimal supervision
  • Be a true self-starter
  • Proactive about learning and motivated to take on additional responsibilities over time
  • Understanding of confidentiality issues and the use of tact and discretion


  • Up to £80k plus annual discretionary bonus
