Salary Basic £50,000 + Excellent Bonus and benefits

Location - Remote

Legal Property conveyancing company is looking for a head of Business Development to train and manage a growing team of national field salespeople. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies and templates for analysing sales performance Experience of scaling multi-million revenue growth via strong growth strategies Establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with business owners and C-level executives. You will also have the ability to target clients and participate in strategic and business unit planning to develop thorough revenue projections for annual budgets and multi-year projections with Excel and PowerPoint, as well as managing and reporting KPIs Energetic and motivational leader with critical thinking skills.

* This role can be based anywhere in the UK. Ideally the candidate will have worked in the property industry but it's not an issue if that's not the case if they have extensive field sales management experience.

* We want someone who can manage by numbers while at the same time have enough personality that they can go visit our key accounts to ensure they are happy

* Recruitment and management of Business Development Managers (field sales team)

* Delivery of internal training (systems, best practice sharing, call coaching)

* Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, using KPIs to target individuals and assess performance, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth

* Meet agreed team targets and KPI's and present this information to the directors

* Attend meetings with top referrers to ensure the relationship is functioning as it should and develop insights into future product development

* Leverage customer research to provide strategic insight into the property market, optimising our sales processes and resourcing as required

* Coordinate with Head of Marketing to produce and distribute a compelling suite of referrer and client-facing content

* Support the Head of Sales with additional duties as required
