Housing Property Officer
Location: Aberdeen
Temporary - initial 12 week period but may extend
£13.27 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm

Pertemps are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known Public Sector organisation, for a Housing Property Officer.

Main Purpose of the role:
To support in the delivery of a place where all people can prosper by providing an efficient lease signing, termination, and void process to customers and colleagues
Contribute to helping tenants and their families sustain their tenancies by working with the Housing and Support Officer, other colleagues and external partners
Provide information to tenants and signpost them to services
Maintain accurate records and updates systems regarding terminations , the void process, keys for properties etc
Raise orders and process payments
Respond to queries from colleagues, customers and other partners
Provide general administration support for the departmentKey Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to deliver public services to required standards
Proven ability to work autonomously and using own initiative
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Able to deal with the public in difficult, confrontational and sensitive situations
Able to work to challenging deadlines
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Proven ability of good record keeping
Able to use a range of computer packages eg MS Office
Excellent customer service skills
