SEN Learning Support Assistant (KS3 & KS4) - Wembley 🌟

Pertemps Education are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a wonderful and inclusive Secondary School in Wembley for a passionate and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly, supportive SEN team and make a real difference in the lives of young people across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

💼 The Role As an SEN LSA, you will:
✨ Provide dedicated 1:1 support to students with additional needs
✨ Deliver small group interventions to boost progress and confidence
✨ Work collaboratively with teachers and fellow SEN LSAs
✨ Support students academically, socially and emotionally
✨ Help create a positive, inclusive learning environment
This role is ideal for someone who is patient, proactive and genuinely passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.

🎯 What We're Looking For ✔️ Proven experience working with SEN students (essential)
✔️ Understanding of a range of additional needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
✔️ Strong communication and behaviour management skills
✔️ A calm, empathetic and resilient approach
✔️ Ability to work effectively as part of a team
