Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Supervisor to oversee cladding remediation works on high-rise residential buildings. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience managing similar projects involving combustible materials.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate cladding remediation works on high-rise buildings
- Manage site teams to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification
- Oversee full strip-out of external wall insulation (EWI) systems and associated materials
- Ensure safe removal of combustible materials in compliance with regulations
- Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications
- Liaise with site management, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Maintain accurate site records and reports
- Ensure strict compliance with health & safety standards
Essential Requirements- Proven experience supervising cladding remediation projects on high-rise buildings
- Demonstrable experience working with combustible materials
- Strong understanding of EWI systems and façade construction
- Valid CSCS card (Supervisor level or above)
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
Desirable- Experience using Field View (site management software)
- First Aid certification
- Fire safety / façade remediation training
