Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and workforce coordination
Drive build programmes, ensuring timelines and budgets are met
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and health & safety compliance
Ensure a high standard of finish and quality control throughout the build
Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management
Maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants Experience:

Proven experience managing residential construction sites, ideally for both developers and contractors
