Job Title: Gas Supervisor
Location: South London
Salary: £45,000 (Depending on experience) w/ Vehicle and Fuel Card

Daniel Owen are seeking a Gas Supervisor to join a reputable social housing contractor on a South East London contract.

Gas Supervisor Role:

Attending and assisting in technical jobs
Quality checking Annual Gas Safety Checks
Liaising with the council and tenants regarding issues within properties
Ensuring all works are completed on time and to a high standard
Assist in the processing of timesheets
Be a point of call to engineers and contract managers for any ongoing issuesGas Supervisor Requirements:

Domestic Gas ACS Qualifications
Health and Safety knowledge
IT Literate
Experience in Social Housing
Experience in reactive repairs, services and breakdowns
Experience with Schedule of RatesGas Supervisor Benefits:
