A rapidly scaling SaaS company is seeking a Head of Finance to shape financial strategy, strengthen operations, and ensure compliance as they expand across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Your new role

• Own statutory reporting, tax filings, and regulatory submissions
• Ensure IFRS compliance and audit readiness
• Lead AP, AR, payroll, and tax operations
• Optimise systems and controls for scale

What you'll need to succeed

• Chartered Accountant (ACA / ICAEW / ICAS / CAANZ)
• 8+ years post-qualifying experience
• Strong IFRS and UK GAAP knowledge
• Proven ability to lead finance ops and engage senior stakeholders
