Ellie at Amber Mace is delighted to be working on behalf of a FANTASTIC care provider in East Surrey, who are currently looking for an experienced manager to oversee the daily workings of their service. This is a vibrant and welcoming nursing home that offers care to the elderly who are living with dementia and mental health issues. The home is dedicated to providing the highest levels of care, tailored to suit individual needs, ensuring dignity and respect, and allowing residents to enjoy life to the fullest.

As Home Manager, you will draw upon your existing expertise and leadership skills. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring it operates efficiently whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and care. As Home Manager, your key responsibilities will centre on management of staff, care delivery to residents, recruitment, training and ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies.

Skills/ Qualifications:

• Ability to supervise and lead a clinical team
• Experience as a manager in a Nursing home with good CQC report.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Marketing the home and ensuring occupancy
• Recruitment, induction and training of staff
• Ensuring CQC compliance
• Nurse qualified- ideally not essential
• Deliver excellent person-centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues
