Description

· Prepare monthly management accounts

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes

· P&L reviews

· Balance sheet reconciliations

· Data cleansing

· Monitor and report on financial performance across departments

· Support cost control and profitability analysis

· Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools

· Liaise with operational teams to understand financial drivers

· Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies

· Assist with yearend processes and audit preparation

· Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support business decisions

Profile

· Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

· Strong analytical and Excel skills

· Background using accounting software (e.g., Sage or MS Dynamics 365 desirable)

· Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

· Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders

· Background in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting

· Commercial awareness and understanding of business operations
