A prestigious and well-respected secondary school in Bath is seeking a Physics specialist to join its thriving Science Department from September 2025. This is a permanent, full-time role within a school known for its strong results and inclusive values.

The Role

You will teach Physics at Key Stages 3 and 4, and contribute to the A-Level Physics programme depending on experience. You will foster curiosity, analytical thinking, and a love of learning through practical investigation and academic rigour.

Key responsibilities will include:

Teaching Physics across the secondary age range

Planning and delivering engaging and challenging lessons

Assessing progress and supporting students to reach their academic potential

*

Contributing to extracurricular science clubs and outreach projects

*

Working closely with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery

Who We're Looking For

QTS and a Physics or related Science degree

Experience teaching Physics in secondary schools
