SALARY: £16000.00 - £18000.00 per hour
Macildowie are working in partnership with a fantastic national organisation who are looking to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk / All round Accounts Assistant to join their existing team.
The position is an integral role in their clerical finance function so they are looking for someone with experience in a similar role.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
The vacancy is a varied role which includes:
- Raising Sales Invoices and Credit Notes
- Managing the Sales Ledger in Sage
- Managing the Customer Master database in Sage
- Credit Control and chasing aged debt
- Customer Statements
- Allocating Payments and receipts
- Bank Reconciliations
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
This is a high volume fast paced role so the business is looking for someone with at least 2 years previous experience. You will need to have strong Excel skills and it would be a significant advantage if you have working knowledge of Sage.
This is a American owned business so again it would be advantageous if you have working knowledge of SOX (Sarbanes Oxley)
