Up to £29,000 basic (DOE)
Full-time | Permanent | Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:30pm) + 1 in 2 Saturdays (8:30am-12:30pm)
The Role
We're looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a busy franchised car dealership in Great Yarmouth. You'll be responsible for supplying parts to both customers and the workshop, ensuring great service and smooth dealership operations.
Duties

Identify and supply the correct car parts for retail, trade, and workshop customers
*
Sell and upsell parts, accessories, and promotions
*
Receive, record, and allocate parts deliveries from suppliers
*
Support stock checks and maintain accurate inventory
*
Build strong relationships with customers and the manufacturer
*
Deliver excellent customer service across the dealership
Requirements
*
Proven experience as a Parts Advisor within the motor trade
*
Knowledge of dealer management systems (advantageous)
*
Strong communication and customer service skills
*
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
*
Confident, professional, and organised
