We are recruiting for a Homeowner Services Officer to join a busy Specialist Residential Services team in Eastleigh on a 3-month fixed term contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of leasehold, freehold & shared ownership properties
Handling service charge enquiries
Investigating and resolving lease breaches
Managing lease extensions alongside legal teams
Advising on leasehold matters including assignments, consents & enfranchisement
About You:

Strong experience in leasehold & shared ownership management
Good knowledge of relevant legislation (Commonhold & Leasehold Reform Act 2002, Landlord & Tenant Act, Building Safety Act 2022)
Confident handling complex and sensitive cases
Professional, proactive and solutions-focused
