The Group headquarters, based in York are looking for an enthusiastic, committed person to join their IT Service Desk team. You will provide a professional experience for their internal customers in all of their 31 regional offices throughout the UK, dealing with a wide range of requests ensuring excellent communication at all times.

As an Administrator working within their IT Department, your duties will be varied and interesting. Your key responsibilities will include the procurement of predefined hardware, software and services' and the creation and administering of user accounts.

Administrator Requirements:

* Held a position in an administrative role
* Experience in request fulfilment
* Proven ability in accurately following procedures
* Working knowledge of the following applications or systems:

* Microsoft Office
* Microsoft Exchange (Desirable)
* Active Directory (Desirable)
* 5 GCSE's at grade C or above including English and Maths
* Diploma in Business Administration (Desirable)
* Microsoft Office Specialist (Desirable)
