THE FOLLOWING ROLE IS BEING OFFERED ON A 9 MONTH TIXED TERM CONTRACT BASIS.

US law firm, based in easily accessible offices close to Liverpool St, is keen to secure the services of an experienced Legal Secretary to work Thursday and Friday each week. The role is a 9 month contract to cover maternity leave and, as the successful Legal Secretary, you will be based in the Arbitration Group working for a Partner and team as well as supporting the wider Litigation group as and when a need requires.

The firm has an exceptional reputation as an employer of choice and is hoping to attract a part-time Legal Secretary to provide the strong organisational, administrative and legal secretarial support the department require with duties to include;

  • Extensive travel arrangements
  • Multiple diary management
  • Client liaison
  • Document amends
  • Various ad hoc administration

There will not be too much documentation to speak of, the role is quite organisational and you will be the first port of call for your bosses. To qualify, you must be an experienced Legal Secretary with a solid City law firm background and demonstrable experience of dealing with a 360 Legal Secretarial role.
