NSTR is working with an established, award-winning independent advisory firm with offices in the Northwest. They are looking recruit someone at the Associate level. This candidate is ideally someone who is recently qualified, either stepping into TS for the first time or someone recently qualified but trained in Deals.

This is a partner led team, headed by 3 ex-Big 4 TS partners and this fantastic opportunity offers you hands-on exposure to gain from their years of experience and vast knowledge across various sectors.

They target mid-market (£5m-£40m) deals working alongside PE clients, banks, asset-based lenders and corporate entities on transactions. They work across various key sectors within TMT/Business Services/Manufacturing deals and many more. If you believe you have similar experience across these areas I would be keen on hearing from you.

It’s an opportunity to build deal experience, including financial business information, as well as wider deals execution know-how. You’ll get direct oversight from the partners with your due diligence processes, including helping with the identification of value drivers and detailed financial analysis.
