Salary: up to £28,000 + Uncapped commission 
A well-established and growing commercial finance brokerage is looking to recruit an ambitious Commercial Finance Broker to join their office-based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional with experience in asset finance or unsecured business lending to join a fast-paced brokerage environment with strong earning potential.
The RoleOur client is seeking a motivated broker who can build relationships with SME clients and source suitable finance solutions across a panel of lenders. You will be responsible for managing the full deal lifecycle from initial enquiry through to completion, while delivering a consultative and professional service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and manage new business opportunities from inbound and outbound enquiries
Build relationships with SME clients seeking funding solutions
Structure and arrange asset finance and unsecured business loans
Package deals and present applications to a panel of lenders
Manage the process from initial enquiry through to completion
Work closely with lenders and underwriters to progress deals efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline management
Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targetsCandidate Requirements
Experience in commercial finance, asset finance, or business lending
Proven ability to generate and convert new business opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Target-driven with a commercial mindset
