Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Our client is looking for a Procurement Administration Officer to join their team on a temporary basis for approximately 3 months, based in Inverness. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy procurement department, with full training and support provided.

The Role

* Review and generate Purchase Orders

* Contact suppliers for quotes

* Liaise with and provide support to internal departments, sometimes providing guidance/training on the process and system

* Supporting as part of a team

* Use emails, excel spreadsheets and Pecos procurement system

* Be office based only, no home working opportunity

The Person

* IT literate, including email and Microsoft Excel

* Attention to detail

* High level of concentration

* Proactive approach

* Good communicator, both verbally and written

* Ability to work as part of a team,

* Quick learner with ability to multi-task

* Ability to prioritise

* Can do attitude

* Flexible approach

* Ability to work to deadlines
