Seeking Fine Dining Servers with weekday lunch availability, weeknight evenings and/or weekend evening availability.
Ideal candidate will have two years of fine dining experience with knowledge of wine and liquor. In addition, will have exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
Upon completion of our 10 day training program applicants shall have:
Full knowledge of menu/bar/wine.
Exceptional customer service.
The ability to suggestively sell and advise customers on cooking methods, ingredients, menu options.
Communicate with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve complaints.
Provide guests with daily specials, happy hour specials, and upcoming promotions
Collect payment from customers.
Enforce rules and regulations in regard to alcohol consumption/purchase.
Be a team player and a part of our family.
Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. Previous server experience IS required.
