Company: FINANCIAL DIVISIONS
Job Type: Permanent, FullTime
Salary: £48,000 - £55,000 per annum
?? Ready to leave the back office behind and step into centre stage?
Do you dream of moving from Paraplanning into Financial Advice — but still love the technical side?Want to work in a firm where the client comes first (not the product push)? This is your sign. ?
?? The Opportunity
Join an established, fiercely independent financial planning firm with 30+ years of trusted, holistic client service across pensions, investments, tax, estate planning, mortgages and more. Their reputation is rock-solid. Their client base is loyal, affluent, and growing steadily through referrals and quality relationships — not flashy marketing campaigns.
Now they’re seeking a client-facing Paraplanner, ideally Chartered (or on the way), who’s ready to play a lead role in managing and developing long-standing client relationships alongside a senior IFA.
?? The Role
You’ll be the right-hand to a highly respected Adviser with a 20-year legacy and an enviable book of clients. Think less "admin machine," more "strategic partner." This is holistic financial planning at its best — deep client relationships, smart technical problem-solving, and a team that backs you all the way.
?? And yes — if you’ve got ambitions to become an Adviser in the future, this firm will support that journey.
?? What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborating with your IFA to deliver full-spectrum, bespoke financial advice
- Attending client meetings and helping build lasting client relationships
- Producing detailed reports and helping shape client strategies
- Mentoring junior staff and elevating the admin team's knowledge
- Helping run a smooth, client-first operation — without corporate red tape
? About You
You’re not just another Paraplanner. You’re smart, intuitive, articulate, and interested in people. You’re not afraid of responsibility. You love the details — but you can also see the big picture. Whether you're Chartered or en route, you’ve got the gravitas to step up and the warmth to make clients feel truly taken care of.
? Must-Haves
- Experience in holistic wealth management paraplanning
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, tax & estate planning
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Client-facing confidence — and a sincere desire to build long-term trust
- Diploma Level 4 minimum (Chartered ideal, but not essential)
?? What’s On Offer
- £48,000 - £55,000 base salary (dependent on experience)
- Revenue-related salary uplifts based on performance
- Hybrid working (split between office and home)
- Direct progression path into Financial Advice
- A supportive, ambitious team that wants to see you succeed
?? Sound like your kind of next step?
