Permanent - Full Time - 39 hours per week.

You will play an essential role in leading care and ancillary staff members in all aspects of our service to residents, including deputising for senior managers at times.
The ability to form positive relationships with residents, their families and professional colleagues is vital.
You will need to demonstrate your commitment to good care practise through a QCF or equivalent Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, and practical experience of caring for older people, as well as the willingness to train to develop further.
