We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a well-established company in the Harlow Pinnacles area. This is a hands-on role working mainly outdoors and supporting a busy yard operation supplying total solutions to the construction industry, including shoring equipment, piling equipment, pipework, and hydraulic tools.

• Operating pressure-washing equipment
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Using hand tools and various hydraulic equipment
• General yard duties and manual labour
• Stock checks and maintaining a tidy working environment

• A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is beneficial but not essential.
  • Training and certification will be provided for committed candidates once they achieve permanent employment status.
• Experience in welding, fabrication, or hydraulics is an advantage, but not required.

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 to 17:30
• 42.5 basic hours per week
• Optional overtime available on Saturdays at x1.5 pay rate

This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity. You will complete a qualifying period on a temporary contract. With strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude, there is the potential to be taken on permanently by the client.
