Plant Service Engineers - Multiple Roles UK-Wide
Salary: £35,000 - £42,000 + overtime + vehicle + excellent benefits

We are looking for skilled and motivated Plant Service Engineers to join leading dealerships across the UK. Whether you're an experienced Plant Engineer or come from a background in Heavy Mechanical, HGV, PSV, or REME engineering, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

Service, maintain and repair a wide range of plant machinery and hire fleet equipment

Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical faults (plug-in diagnostics experience highly desirable)

Work closely with depot teams, manufacturers, and customers to deliver first-class service

Travel within your region

What We're Looking For:

Plant machinery experience ideal, but heavy mechanical/HGV/PSV/REME backgrounds also considered

Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrics

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance (preferred, not essential)

Problem-solving mindset, adaptable, and able to work independently or within a team

What's On Offer:

Salary between £35,000 - £42,000 (depending on area and experience)

Overtime available at enhanced rates (x1.5 Saturdays, x2 Sundays) - though weekend work is rare
