We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Area Nursery Manager to lead and inspire three high-performing nursery settings — ensuring the highest standards of care, education, and compliance across the region.

What You’ll Do
As Area Nursery Manager, you will:
- Oversee and support 5 nursery settings to deliver outstanding childcare and Ofsted results.
- Lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence in EYFS delivery, curriculum planning, and safeguarding.
- Work closely with Nursery Managers to drive best practice, professional development, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular quality audits, compliance checks, and mock inspections.
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to develop confident, capable leaders.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure the best possible outcomes for children, families, and staff.

- Each nursery achieving at least a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted rating.
- Strong, confident Nursery Managers empowered to deliver exceptional care.
- Robust compliance and safeguarding standards maintained across all settings.
- Engaged teams delivering a nurturing, child-centred learning environment.
About You
We’re looking for a proven leader with:
- Minimum Level 3 childcare qualification
- 2+ years’ experience in a senior early years or multi-site management role.
- A successful track record in improving quality and achieving Outstanding Ofsted outcomes.
- Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEND practice.
- Strong communication, coaching, and people management skills.
- A proactive, positive, and organised approach — with the flexibility to travel regionally.
