Recruit UK are working with a well-established financial planning firm in Bristol who are seeking a Trainee Financial Planner to join their expanding team.

Are you an associate/trainee financial planner ready to take the next steps in an advice role? Our client is motivated to get you signed off CAS swiftly, and have a quality process in place to get you up to speed quickly and efficiently, this is all to provide the best service to clients.

As a Trainee Financial Planner, you will:

• Support a Chartered Financial Planner and the paraplanning/ administration team with client recommendations
• Assist with client reviews and the development of personalised financial plans
• Build strong relationships with clients and help deliver high-quality service
• Learn directly from advisers, with structured training and development
• This role offers exposure to areas including pensions, investments, protection, retirement planning, and more.

About you:

• Hold the CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning
• Currently in a similar role, being exposed to client meetings, supporting with recommendations
• Organised, proactive, and enjoy working with people
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Have a genuine interest in finance and helping others
• Are willing to learn and develop into a qualified financial planner
