Trainee Financial Adviser – 18–24 Month Development Programme

We are looking to speak with professionals currently working within an IFA or Wealth Management business who are ready to take the next step towards becoming a qualified Financial Adviser.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are part way through completing their Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice and are seeking a structured, supportive environment to complete their studies and transition into an advisory role.

Salary up to £45,000 + Bonus 

The Opportunity

You will join our firm on a structured 18–24 month training programme, designed to develop the technical knowledge, practical skills, and professional confidence required to succeed as a Financial Adviser. Throughout the programme, you will receive hands-on experience, mentoring from experienced advisers, and support to complete your Level 4 qualification.

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working within an IFA or Wealth Management business

  • Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Advice (part-complete or nearing completion)

  • A clear ambition to become a Financial Adviser

  • Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset

  • Professional, ethical, and motivated approach to learning and development
