Active Recruitment are looking for a Reintegration Mentor for a mainstream secondary school based in East London. This is a permanent position, 32.5 hours per week, 46 weeks of the year.

Main Duties:

To work with Heads of Year, School Wellbeing Team, the SEND Team and Pastoral Leaders to help develop and implement individual action plans for pupils to remain on track, engaged and focussed during school.

You will play a key role in supporting pupils emotional and mental wellbeing and have effective communication with parents, carers, guardians and other agencies within the local authority.

Candidate Profile:

The successful candidate will have an up-to-date knowledge of safeguarding, SEN requirements and familiarise themselves with school policies.

You will hold relevant qualifications relating to working with young people in an education setting and be an effecting communicator.
