Reeson Education is looking for a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join a warm and supportive early years team in Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced EYFS Teaching Assistant who is passionate about early development and confident supporting children aged 3-5 in Nursery or Reception.

Role Details for the EYFS Teaching Assistant:

Pay: £82.14-£100 per day

Start: ASAP

Location: Walthamstow, Leyton, Chingford

Working Pattern: Full-time, term time only

What the EYFS Teaching Assistant Will Do:

Support children through play-based learning following the EYFS curriculum

Assist with daily routines, phonics, early literacy and early maths

Work 1:1 or in small groups with children needing extra support

Create a calm, positive, and engaging early years environment

Collaborate with teachers to track progress and support next steps

Requirements for the EYFS Teaching Assistant:

Experience in an early years or nursery setting

Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification desirable

Strong understanding of early development and EYFS practice

Warm, patient, nurturing approach

Ability to work well within a team
