Your Role:

As a Registered Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of a children's home—ensuring it is safe, nurturing, and compliant with Ofsted standards. You'll lead a passionate team, create a positive and empowering environment for young people, and drive excellence across every aspect of the home.

What You'll Bring:

* Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to progress

* Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)

* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices

* Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills

* A deep commitment to improving young lives and outcomes
